I am a 15 year old boy who at the moment weights 69-70 kg. I stand at 5'8 and I have a belly.
I do kickboxing 4 days a week and 2 and a half hour training sessions. I think my main problem is my unhealthy diet. Can somebody give me any tips or solutions?

Dear boy, I would like to recommend you something! Here is some useful abstract that may help you: Proteins are beef, fish, poultry, dairy, and some veggies. Carbohydrates are vegetables, fruits, grains, and a vast array of processed food stuff. Fats range from olive oil to that white stuff around the edge of your pork chop. Most all proteins naturally have fat in them. And some veggies do also. Try to have some of all three items on your plate at every meal. If you want percentages, at BAER Fit we use 50% or less in carbs, 25-30% proteins and 20-25% fats

It is really hard to start something without having any determination. Losing weight takes time, it will not just happen in an instant but someone told me about the a Formula that has a gastric bypass effect by Roca Labs, if that is effective, I really would like to thank God giving us the best solution to address the increasing numbers of obese people like me.Any inputs about it?
